1. Information We Collect
We collect user-provided details including your Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number (required for Fawry SMS alerts and updates). When playing matches, we record performance statistics (goals, assists, attendance status, and match rating) to calculate rewards and update profiles.
2. Fawry Payment Disclosures
To process Fawry reference payments, we securely transmit the transaction amount, your email, and your mobile number to FawryPay staging or production endpoints. We do not store credit card details or bank account passwords; all transactions occur via Fawry reference numbers paid directly at authorized outlets. We log request/response payloads to resolve webhook status issues.
3. How We Use Data
Your data helps us schedule matches, manage teams, calculate loyalty rewards (e.g. tracking your 5 played matches to issue a free spot), prevent fraud, send notification alerts, and show match roster details (only your name and position are visible to other logged-in players in the same match).
4. Data Sharing & Security
We do not sell your personal data to marketing companies. Data is shared only with payment gateways (Fawry) and verified venue managers to facilitate pitch entry. All database requests are guarded by Row Level Security (RLS) policies.
