1. Important Brand Clarification
Entertainment Authority (referred to as "Platform", "We", "Us") is a private commercial activity booking platform operating in Cairo, Egypt. We are NOT a government authority, national agency, public utility, or ministry. Our name is a private trademark indicating a trusted brand for leisure planning and match making. By registering or using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that our organization is private and carries no statutory authority.
2. Match Bookings & Payments
When booking a spot in a football match, a temporary payment reference number is generated. Bookings are only considered "Confirmed" when a payment is processed successfully. You have up to 24 hours (or as configured for specific matches) to complete the transaction at a Fawry kiosk or via wallet apps. Unpaid reference codes will automatically expire and release the reservation slot to other users.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations requested at least 12 hours before kickoff will be refunded in the form of platform balance credits. No cash refunds are available. Cancellations within 12 hours of the match date are non-refundable. If a match is cancelled by the platform organizer due to court maintenance or issues, a full credit token will be refunded to your profile.
4. Code of Conduct
All players must respect opponents, teammates, and the match manager. Dangerous tackling, abusive language, or unsportsmanlike behavior will result in immediate suspension from the platform. Match managers have full authority to eject players.
5. Limitation of Liability
Entertainment Authority organizes logistics but does not own the physical sports venues. We are not liable for physical injuries, thefts, or accidents occurring during matches or gatherings. Players participate at their own risk.
